Refund Policy

THC Refund Policy

THC handles returns on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making our customers happy – no cap! We stand behind our products and want our customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to ensure our customers have a Legendary experience, and so we deal with returns fairly and reasonably. 

We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased, and if we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, we will ask for personal identification and a return will be provided at current price. All Online and In-Store Cannabis and Cannabis accessory purchases are Final Sale.

THC may offer a refund or exchange under one of the following circumstances:

1. If a cannabis product is contaminated.
2. If a cannabis product is subject to a recall.
3. If an accessory product arrives damaged and/or defective.
4. If you were given the incorrect product in store.
5. If you were delivered an incorrect product or if an item is missing from your delivery.

If your purchase qualifies for a refund or exchange, it must be completed within 15 days of the original purchase and you must have your proof of purchase.

Terms & Conditions:

A customer can return any product purchased at THC within 15 days of the date or purchase, with a valid receipt or gift receipt. The product must be in salable condition which means it is:

  • Unopened with caps, seals, labels, and original packaging intact and with no visible tampering
  • In its original condition
  • In its original selling unit

Refunds will be processed in the original method of tender, returns made with gift receipts will be processed on a gift card. While there is no limit to the number or value of products returned at any given time, if the value of the product returned is equal to or exceeds $500 excluding tax, the return is subject to a 5% restocking fee.

  • Please note, THC gift cards cannot be returned.

All sales of products or accessories from THC (including its online store) are considered final except in the following circumstances:

  • Defective products that are expired, mouldy, or have been damaged in transit (applies to online purchases) shall be accepted for return and refund, upon Proof of Purchase, within the later of 15 days of purchase or delivery
  • Cannabis seeds shall not be considered “defective” solely on the basis of unsuccessful cultivation or if the cultivation does not produce the desired gender of plant
  • Defective accessories such as vaporizers, cartridges and battery products shall be accepted for return and refund, upon Proof of Purchase, within the later of 15 days of purchase or delivery.
  • Mis-delivered product shall be accepted for return and refund, upon Proof of Purchase, in unopened original packaging and condition, with any and all seals and labels intact, within 15 days of delivery.
  • Recalled product shall be accepted for return and refund, regardless of Proof of Purchase or status of original packaging in accordance with the provisions of THC’s Product Recall Policy.

Salable accessories or THC merchandise in original packaging and condition, with any and all seals and labels intact, shall be accepted for return and refund, upon Proof of Purchase, within the later of 15 days or purchase or delivery
